DTC (CEL) Delete / Custom Coding 

Certain systems as designed by the OEMs are not particularly relevant or suitable to every driving situation.  For example the Stop/Start systems on modern vehicles may work in theory, however the additional wear on the DMF, start, battery and motor outweigh the ecological benefits.

The same goes for the secondary O2 sensor, as well as the Catalytic converter and other items not required by SA law.  Choosing not to use certain systems within the ECU can causing running problems, check engine lights and incorrect operation of the vehicle.

We are able to recode the ECU to remove dependence on certain sub-functions and prevent unnecessary check engine lights and error code.

NB: This is only done on functions not critical to the safe and reliable operation of the engine, no coding is done on any system that puts the motor, vehicle or occupants at risk.
