THANAS DSG / S-Tronic Custom Stage 2 Tune:
We have developed our own DSG flash for the CXX, EXX, FXX and MQB DQ250 & DQ380/DQ381 gearboxes.
The features of the Stage 2 tune are as follows:
- Torque limiters raised
- Auto-Upshift disabled
- Kick-down disabled
- D - Mode shift tables optimised
- S - Mode shift tables optimised
- Decreased shift times
- Increased clamping pressure
This tune is suitable for Stage I or II ECU tunes at higher torque levels, to avoid torque intervention from the TCU and clutches slipping.
